TORONTO, Jan. 13, 2017 /CNW/ - A protective order hearing has been scheduled before a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) in the matter of All Group Financial Services Inc. ("All Group").
At the protective order hearing, IIROC Staff will be seeking orders pursuant to Sections 8212 and 8426 of the Consolidated Enforcement, Examination and Approval Rules. In particular, IIROC Staff will be seeking, among other things, an order for the suspension of All Group's membership.
The hearing is open to the public, unless the Panel orders otherwise. The decision of the Hearing Panel will be made available at www.iiroc.ca.
