VANCOUVER, Jan. 5, 2016 /CNW/ - On November 20, 2015 the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) granted the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada's application that the BCSC refuse Scott Philip Lower's request for a hearing and review of the August 12, 2009 decision of an IIROC Hearing Panel.
