TORONTO, May 2, 2016 /CNW/ - On January 20, 2012, Shaun Gerard McErlean had applied to the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") for a hearing and review of a decision rendered against him by an IIROC Hearing Panel on October 31, 2011. In an Order dated April 7, 2016 the OSC dismissed Mr. McErlean's application for a hearing and review.
