WINNIPEG, March 8, 2018 /CNW/ - On February 8, 2018, the Manitoba Court of Appeal dismissed two motions brought by Mr. Suppal to appeal decisions of the Manitoba Securities Commission relating to an earlier IIROC disciplinary proceeding.
