Enforcement Notice - Decision - IN THE MATTER OF Catherine Deborah Jones - Hearing and Review Decision

VANCOUVER, July 24, 2015 /CNW/ - The decisions of a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) in the matter of Catherine Deborah Jones dated December 16, 2013 and March 31, 2014 were reviewed by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on January 5, 6 and April 20, 2015.

The BCSC released its decision on May 26, 2015 dismissing Ms. Jones' applications for review and confirming the IIROC Hearing Panel's liability and penalty decisions.
