Emerick Arranges $300,000 Financing

VANCOUVER , Dec. 2 /CNW/ - Emerick Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ERC) is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to stock exchange approval, a non-brokered private placement of up to 2.0 million units at $0.16 per unit, for proceeds of up to $320,000 . Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at $0.21 exercisable for two years.

The proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital purposes.
