NICOSIA, Cyprus, April 19, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - EMED Mining Public Limited ("EMED Mining" or the "Company"), the Europe-based minerals development and exploration company, announces that it has issued 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of expiring employee share options.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and such admission is expected to become effective on or about 25 April 2012.
Following completion of the issue of the new shares, EMED Mining will have 965,920,348 Ordinary Shares in issue.
