EHT Retain Cutler McCarthy for Investor Relations Services

TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (formerly MCM Capital One Inc.) ("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Cutler McCarthy Inc. to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services for a three month period beginning on September 8, 2014. The investor relations program is expected to focus on, but not be limited to, shareholder communications and building the Company an active following of investment specialists across Canada.

Under the terms of the services agreement Cutler McCarthy Inc. has been awarded a consulting contract paying $3,000 per month for a term of three months.
