EHT Announces Board and Management Change

TORONTO, Sept. 25, 2015 /CNW/ - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. ("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) announces that EHT and Paul Ghezzi have mutually agreed to conclude Mr. Ghezzi's tenure as President of the Company and as a member of the board of directors of the Company, effective immediately; Mr. Ghezzi will also cease to act as an officer and director of any affiliates of EHT, effective immediately.

Mr. Ghezzi and EHT have entered into a consulting services agreement, whereby Mr. Ghezzi will provide consulting services to EHT and its affiliates in connection with the acquisition of Reliant First Nation Limited Partnership and to source construction and the development of the Peel District Board projects.
