The company now operates under the Wind brand, and has hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

Recently he made headlines by combining his shares in Orascom (OTH) to those of the giant Russian telecom, Vimpel, in a $6.9 billion deal, to create the 5^th largest telecom company in the world.
