Eggspress Income Trust announces a delay in the filing of its financial statements due to COVID-19

MONTRÉAL, April 29, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Eggspress Income Trust ("Eggspress") announces a delay in the filing of its annual financial statements for its financial year completed on December 31, 2019 required pursuant to paragraph 17.5 of section 2.9 of National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions due to delays and logistical reasons caused by COVID-19 pandemic.

Eggspress is relying on the blanket order 2020-PDG-0023 dated March 23, 2020 published by the Autorité des marchés financiers in connexion with the extension of the deadline for periodic filings and prospectus requirements regarding issuers and designated rating organizations.

Eggspress expects to publish such annual financial statements not later than June 15, 2020
