OTTAWA, Dec. 8, 2015 /CNW/ - Export Development Canada (EDC) today announced $16M CAD in financing for LCI Education, a vast network of educational institutions specializing in fashion, design, hotel management, business and technology.
LCI Education will use the financing to help with the costs of acquiring and renovating a new campus in Melbourne, Australia, the 22nd member of their network.
"We are pleased to have EDC's support once again," said Claude Marchand, President and CEO of LCI Education. "With this financing, LCI Education will be able to reinforce its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and give us a presence on all continents."
EDC has provided LCI Education with financing in the past for the construction of their new campus in Bogota, Colombia.
