Early Warning Report Issued Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 in Respect of the Acquisition of Common Shares in the Capital of Miocene Metals Limited (TSXV:MII)

TORONTO, Aug. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - West Coast Title Search Ltd. together with its sole director and shareholder, Wayne Crookes (together referred to as the "Offeror") of British Columbia announce that following a series of transactions ending on July 31, 2013 which were conducted through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, it acquired 2,294,900 common shares (the "Acquisition") of Miocene Metals Limited ("Miocene" or the "Corporation"). Immediately following the Acquisition, the Offeror owned, controlled and had direction over an aggregate of 7,157,000 Miocene common shares representing approximately 10.19% of Miocene's 70,246,862 issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. Combining this shareholding with the 2,000,000 pre-existing warrants owned by the Offeror, and assuming such warrants are fully exercised, the Offeror would own 9,157,000 common shares in the capital of Miocene which represents 13.04% of Miocene's issued and outstanding shares on a partially diluted basis.

The Offeror acquired the common shares for investment purposes only and it may, in the future, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership, control or direction over Miocene securities.
