EDMONTON, Oct. 2 /CNW/ - DynaLIFE DX is pleased to announce it has reached a collective agreement for its employees represented by the Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA).
A tentative settlement was reached prior to the September 25, 2009 deadline imposed by the Minister of Employment and Immigration, following the appointment of a Disputes Inquiry Board last month. Union members voted to accept the new collective agreement in a vote completed October 2nd.
"We are delighted to conclude this negotiating process with a settlement that both sides have agreed provides fair and well-deserved compensation for our valued staff," said Jason Pincock, Chief Operating Officer, DynaLIFE DX. "Now is a time to look forward and work together with our employees to ensure the level of care to which our patients are accustomed and entitled to."
