Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Announces New Canadian CEO and Gaming Promotion for Canadian Visitors Français
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 5, 2015 /CNW/ -- Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas recently hand-selected new CEO Jim Simms, a native Canadian who has nearly 20 years of experience and expertise in the hospitality and gaming industries. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Simms wants to make it more cost effective than ever for Canadians to enjoy gambling abroad.
"Canada is the number one international market for visitation to Las Vegas, so we are pleased to announce that we will be accepting Canadian money at par for slot gaming when customers stay and gamble at the Downtown Grand," said Simms. "We want Canadians to see the great value in playing at our award-winning property, downtown's newest hotel casino located one block from Fremont Street."
Downtown Grand is offering each Canadian visitor the opportunity to purchase up to USD$500 per day in slot play for Canadian money at par.
