QUEBEC CITY, Dec. 20, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The president of DL Innov Inc., Dominic Lacroix, denies the recent negative allegations regarding the creation of the PlexCoin (PLX) cryptocurrency. Certain assertions conveyed by the media may have led some people to believe that DL Innov had engaged in fraud in order to appropriate money from buyers of the new PlexCoin (PLX) cryptocurrency. This is not true.
Given the situation, DL Innov wants to set the record straight. Since the beginning of 2017, many experts worked tirelessly to create and set up the PlexCoin (PLX) cryptocurrency. All Plexcoin (PLX) buyers received what they paid for. The PlexCoin (PLX) cryptocurrency exists and can presently be traded on the world market.
DL Innov Inc. and Dominic Lacroix have filed a dispute with the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers (TMF), which has asserted that PlexCoin (PLX) might be a type of investments covered by the Securities Act, rather what it is: a cryptocurrency.
It is worth noting that the PlexCoin (PLX) was approved as an official cryptocurrency by EtherScan (http://bit.ly/2nF54Pl).
After his conviction for contempt of court and sentencing on Friday, December 15, 2017, Dominic Lacroix was released by a judge on Quebec's Court of Appeal, pending the Court's ability to establish the pertinence of the sentence ordered by the Superior Court of Quebec. Mr. Lacroix continues to believe that the contempt sanction was not justified.
At the moment, DL Innov is working with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Québec, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in the United States, with full transparency, in order to resolve the current litigation.
Because of the pending investigation and rulings by the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers (TMF), Dominic Lacroix and the directors of DL Innov will not comment any further.
