A Class Action Settlement has been reached on Behalf of Baja Securities Holders

LONDON, ON, Dec. 21, 2015 /CNW/ - A hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 80 Dundas Street, London, Ontario where Class Counsel will seek a Court Order approving the settlement reached on behalf of all persons and entities, wherever they reside or are domiciled, who acquired Baja securities between November 1, 2010 and April 23, 2012 and who held some or all of those securities as of April 23, 2012 (the "Settlement"), the method of distributing the settlement funds to securities holders ("Plan of Distribution"), and the fees, expenses and applicable taxes to be paid to lawyers ("Class Counsel Fees").

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

You have a right to object if you do not agree with the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Distribution or the request for Counsel Class Fees. If you wish to object, you must communicate a written objection by Monday, February 8, 2016.

By an earlier Order of the Court and a notice furnished to class members, an opt-out period was provided and that period has now passed.
