Dentons welcomes three new partners to its Securities and M&A practice in Toronto
TORONTO, Jan. 17, 2019 /CNW/ - Dentons Canada is pleased to welcome Kevin Rooney, Alex Farcas and Ora Wexler as the newest additions to the Firm's Corporate group.
Based in Toronto, Kevin, Alex and Ora bring significant securities and public M&A experience and will focus on public and private capital markets transactions and domestic and cross-border M&A.

Kevin is recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of mining and natural resources and has experience in a wide variety of financing and M&A transactions. During his extensive legal career, he has been involved in numerous offerings of equities securities, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, takeover bids, acquisitions and dissident proxy solicitations.
Alex focuses his practice on public and private capital market transactions, as well as domestic and cross-border M&A. He regularly acts for underwriters and issuers, advising on going pubic transactions and listings on the TSX, and TSX Venture and the Canadian Securities Exchanges.
Ora's practice centers on public and private capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters. She regularly advises on stock exchange listings, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and other capital market regulatory compliance matters. Ora's strong securities law practice has also provided her with numerous opportunities to act on behalf of both underwriters and issuers in IPOs and subsequent offerings.
