Industry veteran will lead day-to-day operations and growth of Quebec service platform
TORONTO, June 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Mark E. Rose, Chair and CEO of Avison Young, the world's fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today the strategic hiring of industry veteran Denis Perreault as Managing Director of the company's Quebec operations.
Perreault brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience to Avison Young. He was most recently Vice-President, Investments, Eastern North America with Ivanhoé Cambridge in Montreal.
Effective immediately, Perreault's mandate will be to manage Avison Young's day-to-day operations in Quebec, service new and existing clients, and play a leading role in further expanding the firm's service offering in the province. He will be based in the company's Montreal office.

During his career, Perreault has been responsible for the acquisition, management and disposition of numerous high-profile commercial real estate assets in Canadian and U.S. markets, including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. In addition, he has led leasing and management teams in Quebec and other major Canadian cities, overseeing billions of dollars in assets under management.
Perreault is a member of the Board of Trustees of Nobel Reit, and past member of the Board of Directors for both UDI Quebec and Collège de l'immobilier du Québec. He holds an MBA specializing in real estate from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and is a Chartered Real Estate Broker in the province of Quebec.
