Delta Hotels and Resorts is "a home for the holidays" this festive season

TORONTO , Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Capturing the true spirit of holiday giving, Delta Hotels and Resorts will again offer complimentary accommodations to family members caring for hospitalized relatives, through its annual program, A Home for the Holidays.

Now in its 20th year, A Home for the Holidays is another example of Delta's ongoing commitment to its local communities. Delta hotels and resorts will partner with local hospitals to extend complimentary short-term stays between mid-December and early January (dates vary according to hotel).

"Being with family is important during the holiday season, although for some it can be difficult when a loved one is hospitalized," says Hank Stackhouse , President & CEO, Delta Hotels and Resorts. "A Home for the Holidays helps bring comfort and emotional support to families during what can be a very stressful time in their lives."

The hospital's program administrator will make reservations for qualified visitors with the participating hotel or resort.
