PERTH, Australia, Oct. 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Mirabela Nickel Limited (Mirabela or the Company) (ASX: MBN, TSX: MNB) wishes to advise that Moody's Investors Services has today downgraded the Company's Corporate Family Rating and Senior Unsecured debt ratings to Caa3 from Caa1. The outlook on the ratings is negative.
The down grade comes as a result of the Company and Operational Update announcement to the ASX on 26 September 2013 and the subsequent Company Update on 1 October 2013.
