DAY & ROSS EXPANDS DEDICATED SERVICES WITH ACQUISITION OF OTTAWAY MOTOR
EXPRESS AND CROSS DOCK EXPRESS

HARTLAND, NB, Nov. 25 /CNW/ - The Day & Ross Transportation Group today announced the signing of an Agreement for the acquisition of Ottaway Motor Express Limited and Cross Dock Express Inc, two privately owned dedicated trucking companies based in Woodstock, Ontario. Terms were not disclosed.

Ottaway and Cross Dock provide logistics services to the automotive aftermarket and general freight industries.  Ottaway provides dedicated Truck Load services from parts manufacturers in Canada and the United States to automotive manufacturers' Parts Distribution Centres and dealer networks.  Cross Dock Express is a dedicated automotive parts delivery business and cross docking service for out bound (new) and inbound (returned) automotive parts.

The transaction is expected to close at the end of November subject to the customary conditions of sale and purchase.
