TORONTO, Dec. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Davis-Rea Ltd., the manager and portfolio advisor of the Davis-Rea Balanced Fund, the Davis-Rea Equity Fund and the Davis-Rea Fixed Income Fund (collectively, the Funds) has refiled the unaudited financial statements for the Funds for the period ended June 30, 2014, to add a notice confirming that such unaudited financial statements have not been reviewed by the auditors of the Funds. With the exception of adding such notice, no changes have been made to the unaudited financial statements for the Funds for the period ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the revised unaudited financial statements for the Funds are available through SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
