DATA Group Announces Retirement of Paul O'Shea, Chief Financial Officer
BRAMPTON, ON, May 12, 2015 /CNW/ - DATA Group Ltd. ("DATA Group" or the "Company") (TSX: DGI) announced today that Paul O'Shea, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, intends to retire effective June 19, 2015. DATA Group wishes to thank Mr. O'Shea for his dedication and many years of service to DATA Group and its predecessors. The Company has appointed James E. Lorimer as interim chief financial officer pending completion of a search to identify Mr. O'Shea's permanent replacement. Mr. Lorimer has an extensive financial background, including providing lending and capital markets advisory services. Mr. Lorimer holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Queen's School of Business.
