VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 8, 2021 /CNW/ - Daizee Baby Corp. ("Daizee Baby") announced today the acquisition of My Lil Miracle Inc. This acquisition positions Daizee Baby as a competitive e-Commerce and consumer packaged goods (CPG) company with greater product and revenue diversity.
My Lil Miracle is a Canadian brand of infant swim pants. The global baby diapers market size was valued at U.S. $52.6 billion in 2019 and is projected to reach U.S. $68.3 billion by 2027, registering a CAGR of 5.0% from 2021 to 2027, according to the research firm Valuation Reports.
The combined company features brands for moms and babies that are well designed and durable and creates a powerful platform for partners, retailers, and consumers. This portfolio, combined with enhanced financial flexibility, better positions the company to pursue current and future e-Commerce growth initiatives.
