TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Froese Forensic Partners Ltd. is pleased to announce that Cyrus F. Khory, CA, CBV, CPA/CFF, CFE has joined our team of forensic accounting experts as a Director.
Cyrus is a forensic accountant with 11 years of experience in litigation and investigative accounting. He holds several professional accounting qualifications, including being a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Cyrus graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University (with distinction) and is a member of several Canadian and U.S. professional accounting organizations.
Cyrus has extensive experience in providing expert opinions for his clients on matters involving the alleged negligence of public accountants and auditors, the quantification of economic losses, forensic accounting investigations and business valuation. Cyrus has also worked with counsel on securities and other class action litigation matters. During his career, Cyrus has authored numerous expert reports in respect of the aforementioned matters and has provided oral and written evidence in formal and informal litigation proceedings.
Most recently, Cyrus was a Principal at a boutique forensic accounting firm in Toronto. He has also been employed with large multi-national and medium-sized accounting firms, and has served as an instructor at the Schulich School of Business at York University.
