C.R.A.C. returns to its independent roots

TORONTO, April 14, 2014 /CNW/ - ESC Corporate Services Ltd. has agreed to terms for the acquisition of the Quebec based corporate services division of D+H known as C.R.A.C. (Corporate Research and Analysis Centre). The purchase includes the departments fulfilling incorporation services, trademarks and corporate accessories. The transaction is expected to close in May.

C.R.A.C. will operate under its own name and conduct business from its present location at 1080 Beaver Hall in Montreal.
