Cover-All Building Systems Inc. Issues Safety Notice Concerning All Product

<p>SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, <span class="xn-chron">April 23</span> /CNW/ -- Cover-All Building Systems Inc. today announced it has issued a safety warning to building owners of all the company's product lines.</p>
<p/>
<p>Recently, Cover-All Building Systems Inc. began a review of designs utilized in some of its building lines. However, the Company is no longer able to fund the completion of this review.  Although a review is not complete, there has been an initial determination that some of the structural members and connections for some of the spans of certain buildings manufactured by Cover-All Building Systems Inc. may not meet the present combined wind and snow load capacity requirements of applicable building codes.</p>
<p/>
<p>Therefore, Cover-All Building Systems Inc. is recommending that all building owners consult a structural engineer to determine whether their building meets applicable building codes. Further, building owners who continue to use Cover-All structures are advised to take precautions, including not using the building during severe weather, including snow, sleet, freezing rain and high winds. Building owners should not use their buildings when there is any build up of snow or ice on the roof or sides of the buildings.</p>

<p>"While we don't believe that every Cover-All Building Systems Inc. building is impacted by this notice, we are not in a position to complete an exhaustive design review of all building configurations. In view of this, we felt a broad safety warning was in the best interests of all building owners," said <span class="xn-person">Nathan Stobbe</span>, president and CEO of Cover-All Building Systems Inc.</p>
