Court dates set for the Rob Ford conflict of interest hearing
TORONTO, April 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Mayor Rob Ford will be in court on September 5, 6 and 7 of this year to answer to allegations that he was in a conflict of interest when he voted to excuse himself from repaying donations he accepted from corporate lobbyists. The case will be heard by the Superior Court's Justice Charles T. Hackland, a Regional Senior Judge who normally sits in Ottawa but will hear this case in Toronto."
