CORRECTION - Canadian Royalties Inc., Glenn Mullan and Bruce Durham Settle
Their Action Against Nearctic and its Directors on Eve of Trial

TORONTO, Sept. 22 /CNW/ - Nearctic Nickel Mines Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNMIF) (the "Company") announces that Canadian Royalties Inc., Glenn Mullan and Bruce Durham have settled the action against the Company and certain individuals, first reported in the Company's Press Release dated 5 January, 2007.
As a separate matter, the Company announces that Glen Erikson has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
This Press Release replaces that one dated 14 September, 2010.
