Corporate community rallies to raise S$90,000 for charity at Frost the Trail 2018
SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2018 /CNW/ -- Frost & Sullivan Singapore hosted its 13th annual corporate run 'Frost the Trail 2018' on Saturday, 25 August 2018 at MacRitchie Reservoir Park, raising S$90,000 for its chosen beneficiaries: The Bright Hill Evergreen Home, an accredited non-profit nursing home for the aged sick, and Peace Connect Neighborhood Link. 100% of the proceeds raised will go directly to the charities.
Denise Phua, Member of Parliament for Jalan Besar GRC (Kampong Glam) graced the event, which also featured a lively carnival onsite and a dance performance by the residents of Peace Connect.
Featuring races in two categories to cater for runners of various fitness levels; 560 runners competed in either the 4km (Team) or 8km (Individual) events. The winners for Frost the Trail Singapore Corporate Challenge 2018 are as follows:
4km race (Team)

2nd Runner-Up: Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Asia Pte Ltd
8km race (Overall Male)
First Place: Jacek Marek Brodniewicz, Aedas Pte Ltd

2nd Runner-Up: Lennard Foo, MSD International GmbH
8km race (Overall Female)
First Place: Fredalyn M. Japson, Whampoa Kang Fishhead Steamboat
1st Runner-Up: Joan Ng, MSD International GmbH
2nd Runner-Up: Sim Lay Peng, MSD International GmbH

This year's Frost the Trail Singapore recognizes the Platinum Donors – Teleperformance, Huawei and RSM Singapore and the Gold Donors, Jabra, Urah, Citic Telecom International and MSD. Notable executive donors include Tetherfi, JMC Corporation and PCCW Global whilst supporting partners include Alpen, Duracell, Sunrice, Eagle Brand, Zenxin Organic, and Dell EMC. Ultron is named the official apparel partner and Spritzer as the official bottled mineral water.
