Founded in 1992, CHR is the foremost creator and distributor of hospitality research and convenes several roundtables each year to identify new issues affecting the industry.
O'Sullivan leads TransPerfect's client-facing teams in Europe, and they focus on providing translation, localization, and a wide range of technology-enabled solutions to the hospitality and travel industries.
