TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Copper is off to a shiny start. The brand-new Showcase series debuted to over 400,000 Canadians, making it the #1 specialty program of the night (2+). As the home of the best cable dramas, Showcase also dominated the ratings with its other brand-new series Common Law, which was the third most-watched series of the day (2+).
Viewers can look forward to more bold Showcase dramas, with the world premiere of World Without End on September 4 and the hotly anticipated returns of fan favourites Royal Pains on August 29 at 10 pm and Warehouse 13 on September 7 at 10 pm.
