Consulting Magazine Recognizes Protiviti as a 'Best Firm to Work For'
MENLO PARK, Calif., Sept. 14, 2015 /CNW/ -- Protiviti, a global consulting firm, has been named one of the global 2015 'Best Firms to Work For' by Consulting magazine. This prestigious award recognizes consulting firms that rank highly across several categories, including client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance, and compensation and benefits. The publication's global survey drew detailed employee insights from some 9,000 consultants. Of the more than 300 consulting firms whose employees participated in the survey, only 15 are named to the 'Best Firms to Work For' list.
"We are honored to be included in this exclusive list of consulting firms for the second consecutive year," said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of Protiviti. "Consulting magazine's recognition reaffirms our commitment to our employees and reflects our promise to deliver both exceptional client experiences and employee satisfaction."
Protiviti invests in its people by offering unique professional development programs, mentoring, sabbaticals and incentive compensation. The firm's commitment to a strong employee culture also extends beyond the office with programs to support local communities, such as i on Hunger, a company-wide campaign which has provided 1.5 million meals to people in need across the globe since the fourth quarter of 2014.
"We're thrilled to be included again on Consulting magazine's 'Best Firms to Work For' list," said Scott Redfearn, executive vice president of global human resources, Protiviti. "At Protiviti, we're laser-focused on building upon our strong culture for our people, while maintaining our commitment to provide exceptional service to our clients."
Among other recognition Protiviti has garnered in 2015, the firm has been included in Fortune's 2015 100 Best Companies to Work For and 2015 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials lists. In August, Consulting magazine honored Protiviti with its second Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award for the 'i on Hunger' initiative.
