Consolidated Tanager Limited announces interim Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, May 30, 2012 /CNW/ - Consolidated Tanager Limited (the "Company") announces that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), John A. Murphy, is temporarily unavailable to fulfill his position as CFO for health reasons.  The Company has retained the services of Michael D. Kindy, Chartered Accountant, to fulfill the functions of this office on a temporary basis.  It is expected that Mr. Murphy will resume full responsibilities of this office no later than July 31, 2012.
