Collinson Group Acquires Canadian Identity Theft Protection Provider, idAlerts

The acquisition will enable Collinson Group to provide identity theft protection and support to its customers.
idAlerts protects the identity of thousands of individuals from the cost and worry of identity theft with a real-time technology platform that supports ID theft detection, protection and recovery, in addition to credit management capabilities. Through integrations with credit bureaux, TransUnion and Equifax, and a re-engineered credit report and authentication process, it can support individuals in a large number of global markets with a real-time identity management service.
