RED DEER, AB, Sept. 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Collins Barrow firms across Canada are proud to once again collect food donations, as well as make cash contributions, in support of Farm Credit Canada's annual Drive Away Hunger campaign. Running until October 23, one hundred per cent of the contributions directly benefit Canada's food banks.
Drive Away Hunger also has the support of the Collins Barrow National Cooperative Inc. As in previous years, the national group will match all contributions made by Collins Barrow's local offices. "Alleviating hunger is a social issue that we consider a corporate responsibility," says Rob Kolton, national marketing liaison at Collins Barrow National. "Empowering the health and longevity of those who struggle, improves the welfare and prosperity of our communities as a whole."
