TORONTO, July 10, 2025 /CNW/ - The College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is aware of recent charges Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have made against a former nurse.
OPP has arrested and charged Michelle Biglow, 62, of Matheson, with criminal negligence causing bodily harm, contrary to section 221 of the Criminal Code. Biglow was a Registered Practical Nurse when the incident occurred and has since resigned their registration with CNO and is no longer able to practice nursing.

The Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 determines how health care professionals are regulated in Ontario.
