More breakfasts for students across the province

LAVAL, QC, Oct 5 /CNW/ - Many children in Quebec will enjoy a healthy start to the school day this year. Bureau en Gros raised $268,000 in funds to support Club des petits déjeuners du Québec^MD, an organization that serves nutritious breakfasts to young students-in-need throughout the province.

"It's a known fact that having breakfast helps a person function better throughout the course of the day, and it is crucial for students to be able to stay focused during classes," says Rudel Caron, director of sales and operations for Bureau en Gros. "Supporting Club des petits déjeuners is an uplifting experience for our entire organization, and we look forward to helping out again in the future."

The School Supply Drive, which ran from August 1^st to September 4^th, (August 9^th to September 6^th in the other provinces/territories) is part of Staples' community@work corporate-giving initiative.
