Firm helps drive Datacert's insurance industry success through client advisory services and market development expertise
HOUSTON, Jan. 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Datacert, Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, announced today that CLM Advisors has been named Datacert's 2012 Partner of the Year. In its inaugural year, the Partner of the Year award has been established to honor members of the Datacert Partner Program that contribute most significantly to Datacert's success during the year.
The Datacert Partner Program consists of a global network of more than 40 companies that provide solutions that complement Datacert's patent-pending technology platform, Passport®, extending its capabilities and ecosystem, and/or services that enable Datacert clients to achieve the greatest value from their technology purchase. CLM Advisors, the consulting and advisory arm of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, joined the program in 2010 and provides consulting and advisory services to Datacert's insurance clients.
"We are pleased and honored to have received Datacert's first-ever Partner of the Year award," said Taylor Smith, president, CLM Advisors. "We strive to provide a trusted, independent, and effective source for claims, litigation, law firm, and corporate legal department executives to turn for their consulting and advisory needs and we are very grateful to Datacert and its premier insurance clients for the trust and recognition they place in us."
Datacert also partners with CLM Advisors on its insurance market development efforts, leveraging the firm's extensive industry expertise and understanding of insurance market needs to help guide the company's product and go-to-market strategies.
"CLM Advisors has been instrumental in helping us gather and translate the needs and requirements of insurance organizations into compelling offerings that allow them to better manage their claims litigation and associated spend. As a result of these powerful insurance-oriented offerings, in 2012 Datacert attained several new insurance clients for our Passport solution," said Mark Poag, SVP, legal, marketing, and strategic alliances, Datacert. "Our partner program overall is proving to be a key contributor to Datacert's success, which is evidenced by the fact that our partners drove 48% of new Passport sales in 2012, and we are committed to continuing to build and nourish partnerships that deliver lasting value to our clients and Datacert."
