Cliffside Capital Ltd. announces management change

TORONTO, Sept. 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Cliffside Capital Ltd. (the "Company"), a capital pool company, announced that Mr. Yazdi Bharucha, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has also been appointed as Secretary of the Company to replace Mr. Lorenzo Baroni in this position.  Mr. Lorenzo Baroni, the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Secretary, has resigned from the Company, effective September 22, 2015.

The Board thanks Mr. Baroni for his service to the Company, including the formative financing transactions and successful IPO.
