Clearford Announces Stock Option Grant to CEO
OTTAWA, Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Clearford Industries Inc. ("Clearford" or the "Company", TSX-V: CLI) announced today that it has granted 400,000 options to Bruce Linton, President and CEO of the Company, to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40 per share. The expiry date of this option grant is July 13, 2015 and the vesting terms are 1/3rd vesting on July 13, 2011, 1/3rd vesting on July 13, 2012 and the final third vesting on July 13, 2013.
