AIR MILES Offers Collectors Greater Choice and Flexibility -- Enhances Flight Reward Program, Adds Online Booking
TORONTO, Sept. 28 /CNW/ - LoyaltyOne, owners and operators of the AIR MILES Reward Program, today announced enhancements to its flight reward program including the addition of 25 new airlines. While the existing program remains the same, Collectors now have access to more seats for additional reward miles, the ability to book one-way flights and the option to depart outside of Canada - giving them greater choice and flexibility.
In addition, AIR MILES introduced online flight bookings. Collectors can now conveniently book their flights through www.airmiles.ca or continue to book all their travel needs by speaking to an AIR MILES travel expert.
"For more than 18 years, we have been helping AIR MILES Collectors realize their travel dreams," said Susan Bowman, Senior Director of Travel Rewards, AIR MILES Reward Program. "Today, 90 per cent of our Collectors are able to book flights where and when they want through our current program -- these enhancements help ensure we never have to say no to a Collector."
The AIR MILES enhanced program builds on its popular, existing travel program which offers both Air Canada and WestJet plus eight other partner carriers. Flights can be booked for as little as 950 reward miles. Plus, Collectors with the BMO Gold AIR MILES MasterCard receive an additional 25 per cent discount meaning flights starting as little as 715 reward miles.
