Clarus Securities Appoints Jim Christodoulis as CEO

TORONTO, Jan. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Clarus Securities is pleased to announce that Jim Christodoulis will become President and CEO.  Jim co-founded Clarus in 2003. His passion for the business is well known and his competitive spirit has been a major force in Clarus' continued success.

Concurrent with this appointment, the Board and Rod Campbell have mutually agreed to restructure the Vancouver based operations of Clarus Securities by closing that office and servicing that market out of its existing Calgary and Toronto offices.  As a part of the restructuring, the Board of Clarus Securities has accepted the resignation of Rod Campbell as President and CEO.  The Board of Clarus would like to thank Rod for his contribution to our success and his unqualified dedication to our partnership.  We wish him success in his new venture.
