Claigan Webinar - New Restricted Substances in 2026
What are they and where are they?
OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 4, 2025 /CNW/ - On November 12, Claigan will go over the 'what', 'where', and 'when' of the new regulated substances in 2026.
With the increased regulation of UV-328 and Dechlorane Plus in the EU and Australia, the EU SVHC and Australia banned substance DBDPE, the increase in prosecution of BPS under Prop 65, and the upcoming p-p-bisphenols regulation under Prop 65 - there is a lot to keep track of. The three (3) SVHC updates in the EU in 2025 only complicate things further.
And then there is all the interest in rare earths and critical minerals.
Claigan's webinar (with detail and humour) will go over each substances - 'what' is it, 'where' is found, and 'where' is it regulated, and 'when'. Plus what has to be done to comply.
Key topics will include:
- UV-328
- Dechlorane Plus
- DBDPE
- BPS and p-p-bisphenols
- Rare earths and critical minerals
- EU, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and Prop 65
Note - due to the expected demand, there will be two (2) webinars scheduled on November 12.
