In preparation for the SEC Conflict Minerals reporting deadline at the end of May, Claigan will present a summary of our 2024 smelter RCOI and risk data in relation to 3TGs (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold). In this webinar, Claigan will share our findings in regard to sourcing from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. During this discussion, Claigan will touch on the current escalating conflict in Eastern DRC and provide recommendations for how downstream companies can respond to these risks.

Additionally, we will look at how Claigan's scope has expanded beyond conflict-affected regions and taken a more holistic ESG approach to mineral supply chain due diligence. Companies need to be prepared to take on a broadened risk scope in the lead up to the EU Batteries Regulation Due Diligence measures that take effect on August 18th, 2025.
