Citadel Group of Funds Invites Unitholders to Participate in a Conference
Call to Discuss the Benefits of its Reorganization Proposal

TORONTO , Sept. 17 /CNW/ - Citadel Group of Funds (the "Funds") today invited its unitholders to participate in a conference call today, Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. ET , to discuss the Funds' proposed Reorganization Proposal to be voted on at its upcoming Special Meetings of Unitholders. The event will be hosted by Mr. Wayne Pushka , President of Citadel Fund Administrator. During the call, Mr. Pushka will outline the many benefits of the Reorganizational Proposal, which is expected to significantly increase long-term value for unitholders through the creation of a better and larger continuing fund.

The continuing fund will have a broader investment mandate that will be managed by Jarislowsky, Fraser Limited, one of Canada's pre-eminent money managers. Other benefits of the Reorganization Proposal include special redemption rights, enhanced liquidity and continued high level of distributions.
