Citadel Funds Invites Unitholders to Participate in a Conference Call on<br>Wednesday, November 4

TORONTO, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - Citadel Fund Administrator invites its unitholders to participate in a conference call and webcast on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the resolutions to be voted on at its upcoming Special Meetings of Unitholders (the "Meetings").

The Meetings are for the following funds: Citadel HYTES Fund (CHF.UN, TSX), Citadel Premium Income Fund (CPF.UN, TSX), Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund (SDL.UN, TSX), Citadel SMaRT Fund (CRT.UN, TSX), and Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund (CSR.UN, TSX) (collectively the "Citadel Funds").

The event will be hosted by Mr. Wayne Pushka, President of Citadel Fund Administrator. During the call, Mr. Pushka will outline the many benefits of the Reorganizational Proposal as well as answer any questions unitholders may have.
