Holder of a certification by the Institute of Corporate Directors, Mr. Breton has served in several vice-presidency positions at Canada Bread from 2002 to 2017, and as president of Vachon Bakery from 2015 to 2017. Both enterprises are proud members of Grupo Bimbo. Organizations like the Conseil de la boulangerie du Québec (Québec Bakery Council) and the Conseil de la transformation agroalimentaire du Canada (Canada Agrifood Tranformation Council) have also benefited from his expertise.
