TORONTO, March 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that the trustees of Choice Properties have declared a distribution for the month of March, 2017 of $0.059167 per trust unit, representing $0.71 per unit on an annualized basis, payable April 17, 2017 to Unitholders of record on March 31, 2017.
